​Classes combine Polarity Yoga, Kundalini Yoga and Kripalu Yoga. The classes can be adapted to meet your personal needs.

The classes can be adapted to meet your personal needs. This yoga is good for nurturing stressed areas, healing an injured area, and strengthening every system in the body. Each participant is encouraged to tune into their own body needs to move in ways that are right, appropriate and most beneficial for them in the moment.
