Gentle Yoga
​Classes combine Polarity Yoga, Kundalini Yoga and Kripalu Yoga, and hypnosis. The classes can be adapted to meet your personal needs. The classes can be adapted to meet your personal needs. This yoga is good for nurturing stressed areas, healing an injured area, and strengthening every system in the body. Each participant is encouraged to tune into their own body needs to move in ways that are right, appropriate and most beneficial for them in the moment.
Polarity Therapy
Polarity therapy is a type of alternative medicine that uses a combination of Eastern and Western techniques to balance the body's energy. Polarity is based on the body's electromagnetic field. This field of energy controls its energy and imbalances in this field can lead to disease, pain, and stress. Experience a session to feel the true sense of this unique practice to uplift and support you.
